Job Description
PORT & Co are a long established firm of Chartered Certified Accountants based in North Wales.
Candidates should have a good academic background with a willingness to learn new skills and grow in your role. Good communications skills and the ability to work in a team are essential.
We are looking for an ambitious individual with some UK payroll experience.
Overview
Prepare weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and annual payrolls
Dealing with payroll queries from clients and staff
Calculating SMP, SSP, Tax & NI
Producing payroll reports
Documenting starters, leavers and holiday records
Answering telephone calls with clients
Communication with HMRC as and when needed
You will report direct to the partners of the firm.
Sage payroll experience would be desirable, however training would be provided
You will work as an effective team member to ensure all client deadlines and requirements are met. The position is full time and located at our Bangor office.
