Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Payroll Officer to join our team and play a key role in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant payroll services. You'll be responsible for ensuring all payroll processes run smoothly, supporting both salaried and hourly employees, and working closely with the Payroll Manager to maintain high standards of service and compliance.

What you'll be doing:
Managing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring payments are accurate and on time.
Maintaining compliance with HMRC, pensions, and payroll legislation.
Preparing, reviewing, and reconciling payroll reports for management.
Handling payroll queries professionally and efficiently, liaising with HR, Finance, and other departments to resolve discrepancies.
Supporting projects to improve payroll and pensions processes, driving continuous improvement.
Assisting with year-end activities (P60s, P11Ds, PAYE, pension reconciliations, etc.).
Providing advice and guidance to staff on payroll and pensions, including auto-enrolment compliance.
Ensuring sensitive information is handled with confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
What we're looking for:
Experience delivering
end-to-end payroll
services. Knowledge of payroll systems and HMRC reporting requirements. StrongMicrosoft Excel
skills. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Experience in healthcare/NHS payroll - desirable.Why join us?

Pay: 30,000.00-33,000.00 per year
