Job Description

The Payroll Processor is a vital role within our Global Payroll Team supporting colleagues in 13 countries across the UK & EMEA regions. The Payroll Processor will be part of small, close-knit team responsible for entering data into the ADP Celergo software system and answering employee queries on and around payroll.

Essential Job Functions:



Process and reconcile payrolls in multiple EMEA countries in a timely manner; coordinating additional payrolls as needed. Maintain payroll records and other benefit deductions. Processing and payment of non-standard wages: commissions, bonuses, expense reimbursements, relocation, leave, severance, final payments. Create reports using MS Excel. Support equity compensation vesting and exercise processing. Support audit process for both internal and external auditors. High level of integrity and maturity essential due to sensitive nature of the information. Identify and recommend solutions to improve payroll processing function. Assist employees with payroll inquiries. Other duties as assigned.

Desirable Requirements:



Experience processing UK payrolls An understanding of current UK legislation. Proactive and enthusiastic attitude for learning and assisting in the continuous improvement of practices and processes Excellent computer skills including MS Excel Interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with the team and other employees Able to be a strong team player and work independently where necessary Excellent organisational skills. Attention to detail is essential in this role. Experience using ADP Celergo. Experience with processing payrolls for EMEA countries. Experience with managing an outsourced payroll provider.
