About the Role:


We are looking for a passionate and experienced Payroll Tutor to join our apprenticeship delivery team. In this role, you will support and inspire learners working towards the Level 3 Payroll Administrator Apprenticeship, delivering engaging and effective training sessions and guiding them through their learning journey to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:



Deliver high-quality teaching sessions (in-person and/or remote) to apprentices undertaking payroll qualifications. Support learners with their off-the-job training, portfolio development, and preparation for end-point assessment. Monitor learner progress, provide regular feedback, and maintain accurate records. Work collaboratively with employers to ensure training meets both individual and business needs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation and apprenticeship standards.

What We're Looking For:



A minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in a payroll role (e.g., payroll officer, payroll manager, or equivalent). Proven experience in classroom and remote delivery of payroll and finance-related training. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to motivate and support apprentices of all ages and backgrounds. A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PTLLS, PGCE). Occupational qualifications in payroll (e.g., CIPP or equivalent) are desirable.

Pay: 13,736.25-24,208.24 per year

Expected hours: No less than 22.5 per week
