Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Experienced PC Technician to join our team in providing technical support and assistance to our customers instore and over the phone, The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems and notebooks and building Falcon Customised PCs to the Highest of Standards (Training Given on PC Building)
Duties
- PC Repairs
Help repair and upgrade customers PCs
PC Building
- Build PCs:
Build and configure to Falcon High Standards (Training provided)
- Technical Advice:
Assist customers with instore and Online purchases
- Sales:
Help Customers with sales and Configuring gaming PCs within the customers budget.
Experience
- Essential skills:
Extensive PC Computer hardware, Customer service, Windows software and Desktop support
- Qualifications
Relevant IT qualifications or certifications would be beneficial but not essential
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 15,311.40-24,761.88 per year
