We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

P&C (People & Culture) Working Student

to support our global People & Culture team with administrative, operational, and project-related tasks. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a fast-moving, international environment.


This is a part-time position of

6-12 hours per week

, with flexibility depending on your schedule.

Your Responsibilities



Manage user access: create and deactivate logins for P&C tools, follow up with relevant stakeholders, and keep records up to date. Support equipment logistics: coordinate purchases (e.g., laptops) and manage returns, recycling, or resale of old equipment. Assist with contracts and documentation: draft templates, coordinate signature collection, and maintain proper records. Help facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes. Contribute to ongoing initiatives such as employee surveys, company updates, 360 feedback, and development programs. Provide support for new People & Culture projects and initiatives as they arise.

What We're Looking For



Organized, proactive, and adaptable--comfortable shifting priorities in a dynamic environment. Tech-savvy, with a natural ease in using tools and systems. People-oriented, with strong communication and collaboration skills. High attention to detail and responsiveness. Current student (or recent graduate) in a relevant field such as Administration, Psychology, Management, or Business. Some work experience (retail, hospitality, or administrative tasks) is a plus; prior remote/admin experience is highly valued.
