Key requirements of the role Monitor and oversee the PCN's EMIS system with particular focus on workflow and tasks. Use EMIS to carry out searches and audits; and develop templates and protocols to support the PCN and practices. Run system reports and extract data as required by the PCN Senior Leadership Team for activity reporting, using EMIS and other data sources. Support Shrewsbury PCN and its member practices by promoting and developing the use of clinical systems and digital products.
Work across Practices to share good practice, identify information and IT needs (appointment booking), and implement effective systems and training. Develop a detailed understanding of clinical system processes and internal configuration and how they relate to the experience of users to ensure that the system is best configured and optimised to support users. Support the development of reports, dashboards and analysis. Support the use of digital tools such as Ardens Manager, Accurx, Mjog and the NHS App.
Support social media and waiting room screen content management. Highlight any anomalies in information, ideas for new ways of working and details of any potential blockers to tasks. Support the Digital & Transformation Lead in executing digital transformation projects across Shrewsbury PCN. Be a key member of the wider PCN Care Coordinator team to contribute to the development of strategic plans and generalist workload.
Act as an RA agent for the PCN.
