An opportunity has arisen within Warrington Innovation Network to recruit a PCN Pharmacy Technician. Our ideal candidate would be an individual with experience working within a GP practice or Primary Care Network.
The candidate must have a willingness to learn and be willing to partake in an accredited training programme (if required) to work towards achieving a nationally recognised CPPE pathway certificate, it is essential they will be proactive, flexible and highly motivated.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and team-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our PCN Pharmacy Hub team. The successful candidate would be supported by a highly skilled Pharmacy Team of 1 x Lead Clinical Pharmacist, 1 x Lead Senior Pharmacy Technician, 2 x Clinical Pharmacists, 2 x Pharmacy Technician team members and a team of Care Coordinators. Our pharmacy team work to agreed processes/procedures to provide a consistent and high quality approach to pharmacy care across our PCN and will be essential to support the delivery of care to our patients.
Core Duties:
Medication reconciliation
Medication alternatives
Review of clinical correspondence within scope of competencies
Safety and quality searches
Drug monitoring
Salary ranging from 14.50 - 16.50 p/h depending on experience
Preference for shifts that include a Monday and Friday. Both full-time and part-time candidates will be accepted to interview if shortlisted.
