Role Overview

As a Simba Transport Driver, you'll be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting passengers across London and beyond. Jobs are allocated via our driver app or dispatch system. You'll earn on every job you complete, with a competitive commission structure and bonuses for high performance.

Key Responsibilities

Accept and complete passenger journeys assigned through the Simba Transport driver app. Provide excellent customer service -- be polite, punctual and helpful to all passengers. Maintain a clean, roadworthy and properly insured private hire vehicle. Follow all Transport for London (TfL) private hire regulations. Stay exclusive to Simba Transport during active shifts (while logged in and accepting our jobs). Once off-shift, you're free to work with other apps. Communicate promptly with the office regarding delays, issues or cancellations.

What We're Looking For

Professional, reliable and customer-focused drivers. Good knowledge of London and surrounding areas. Ability to use a smartphone driver app. A clean, fully insured and licensed private hire vehicle. Valid Private Hire Driver's Licence (TfL PCO).
