PCP Paralegal
to join our Chester office.

Key Responsibilities
As a PCP Paralegal, you will play an important role in progressing PCP/car finance mis-selling claims from initial instruction through to resolution. Duties include:
Case Handling & Client Interaction
Managing incoming PCP/finance mis-selling enquiries from clients, referrers, and business partners
Gathering detailed information from clients regarding agreements, losses, and financial circumstances
Conducting client onboarding, including conflict checks and explanation of relevant agreements (e.g., CFA)
Managing client details, files, and evidence on our case management system
Providing excellent customer service throughout the life of the claim
What You'll Need
We are looking for someone who is reliable, organised, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate will have:
Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Confidence managing client contact in a professional and courteous manner
Experience in a customer-facing environment (legal, financial services, or logistics desirable)
Ability to manage a varied workload efficiently
Good knowledge of IT systems including Word, Excel, and Adobe
An interest in civil litigation, financial mis-selling, or consumer credit law
