The Role
We are looking for a Paralegal with experience in PCP / financial mis-selling, civil litigation, or a similar dispute-resolution environment.
You will support a busy litigation team, managing your own caseload with supervision, drafting legal documents, preparing claim packs, liaising with clients, and assisting with case progression from instruction to resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling a caseload of PCP/financial mis-selling or civil litigation matters
Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court forms
Conducting legal research and preparing case bundles
Managing deadlines and progressing cases efficiently
Providing excellent client care and communication
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Paralegal in PCP/financial mis-selling or civil litigation
Strong understanding of litigation processes and court procedure
Excellent drafting, organisation, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Based in or commutable to Manchester (hybrid working available)
Salary & Benefits:
29,000 - 35,000 depending on experience
Hybrid working (office/home split)
