About the Role:

Legacy Resources, in partnership with PCSP, is seeking a highly motivated, professional individuals to join our

PCSP Safety Warden Team

. This role is a

front-line, high-visibility patrol position

focused on community safety, low-level crime prevention, and emergency response.

If you have a passion for protecting people, a calm and confident attitude, and the ability to defuse difficult situations, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Patrol designated in local areas to deter anti-social behaviour and reassure the public. Conduct welfare visits to local businesses and lone workers. Promote the Safety Warden service and distribute emergency contact cards. Complete incident reports and patrol logs accurately and promptly. Maintain a visible, approachable, and professional presence at all times.

What We're Looking For:

SIA Door Supervisor Licence (Required) Full UK driving Licence (Required) Strong communication and conflict management skills High standards of personal appearance and professionalism Physically fit - capable of walking 15,000+ steps per shift Reliable, punctual, and self-disciplined Must be comfortable using body-worn cameras, radios, and smartphones

Important Notes:

You must carry a valid, visible SIA badge while on duty. Mobile phone use is restricted during patrols (emergencies only). You will be provided with a company phone, radio, body cam, and first aid supplies. Breaks are provided but may be interrupted for emergency calls.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 14.00 per hour
