What you will be doing:

You will be the trusted, visible presence that local people look to for reassurance, support, and safety.
In this role, you will:

Build meaningful relationships with residents, workers, and visitors becoming a known and respected figure in the community. Listen to local concerns, help prevent crime and take swift action to resolve anti-social behaviour. Collaborate closely with businesses, stakeholders, and local authorities to create shared solutions. Respond to incidents with professionalism and empathy, always aiming to calm and de-escalate situations. Share intelligence that helps shape safer spaces for everyone.

What you will need:

A valid

SIA frontline licence

First Aid certification

(preferred, not essential). Previous experience in a safety, patrol, or security role.

What we offer you:

Salary:

starting pay 13.50 an hour, plus performance bonuses

Schedule:

5 Days, 40 hours, 9am-5pm
