We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused
Bus Driver
to join our team for daily private charter runs in and aroundEdinburgh
.Job Overview
This is
not a public service bus role
. You will be responsible for one scheduled run into town and returning to the depot to finish. The position includes supporting basicsetup and checks of buses before departure
, making it ideal for someone who takes pride in presentation and safety.Key Responsibilities
Complete
one return run per day
from the depot to a set location in Edinburgh and back. Assist with thesetup and basic checks
of buses before departure (fuel, cleanliness, signage, etc.). Provide excellentcustomer service
to passengers, offering a friendly and professional experience. Ensure all journeys run safely, on time, and in accordance with traffic regulations. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any issues to the depot manager.Requirements
Valid
PCV (Category D) Licence
andDriver CPC
. Experience driving buses or large vehicles preferred. Strongcustomer service
skills - this is apassenger-facing role
. Reliable, punctual, and well-presented. Based nearEdinburgh
or able to commute to the local depot.What We Offer
