Responsibilities

As a driver with Country Lion, you will be responsible for delivering a consistently high standard of driving and customer service. Our passengers expect a professional, courteous experience, and we rely on our drivers to represent the company with pride and care.

You will carry out thorough daily walkaround checks, maintain a clean and well-presented vehicle, and ensure that passengers are safe and comfortable throughout their journey. Attention to detail, reliability, and a customer-first attitude are key.

The role offers genuine variety. You might be operating local school contracts or private hires within the county one day, then heading across the UK for national hires, VIP clients, or sports team travel the next. We also provide continental travel, holiday tours, large-scale event transport, and day trips, so no two weeks look the same.
