Salary: 33,660 per year | Guaranteed Weekly Hours Year-Round


Lothian Motorcoaches is looking for qualified Coach Drivers to join our dedicated team on either a Full Time or Part Time Contract. As a coach driver with us, you'll be part of a first-class service that delivers exceptional experiences to customers traveling in our luxury coaches.

You will benefit from modern facilities at our Newbridge depot, including a drive-through bus wash and all necessary cleaning materials provided.

Coach Driver Benefits:

Guaranteed weekly hours with a salary of 33,660 (hours are averaged at 45 hours per week over each reference period, with time paid back in lieu during quieter months). Part Time options also available. Sick Pay Scheme 28 days of paid annual leave, plus an additional day for each year of service, up to a maximum of 3 extra days. Pre-planned working patterns with advanced rota notice. An extra 25 per night for overnight tours in London. Enrollment into our company pension scheme. Free travel within Edinburgh and surrounding areas with our colleague travel scheme, valid across all associated group companies. A bespoke uniform is provided. Continual training and development, including annual CPC training and opportunities for career progression.

Coach Driver Requirements:

Valid PCV licence, Digital Tachograph Card, and DQC Card. Previous experience in bus/coach driving. Exceptional customer service skills and clear communication. Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic regulations (training provided). Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays. Successful candidates will be required to undergo a Basic Disclosure Scotland check unless an up-to-date one is already held.
