Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and skilled drivers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations while ensuring a high level of customer service. This role requires excellent driving skills, effective communication, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operate your vehicle in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Ensure the timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers at designated destinations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working order and is industry compliant using up to date technology. Maintain the cleanliness of the coach inside and out. Assist passengers with boarding and alighting if required, particularly those with disabilities or special needs. Provide excellent customer services to passengers, offering professionalism and courtesy. Maintain correct and accurate tachograph records

Requirements

A valid PCV licence, CPC card, Digital card Previous experience as a coach or bus driver Excellent driving skills Customer focused attitude with exceptional communication skills Ability to work flexible hours which could include weekends and holidays Attention to detail and a responsible attitude towards vehicle maintenance. Must pass DBS checks and drug/alcohol screenings. Must live in the Yorkshire area.
At J&B Travel we offer a full time contracted hours

Sunday to Wednesday
We have openings for Sunday to Wednesday.

Please note we do NOT operate on a 0 hour contract - We guarantee a minimum of 30 hours a week on a full time contract. Overtime always offered.

Our rates are 13.00 to 14.50 per hour + overtime and is paid weekly.
