Role Overview

As a

PCV Engineering Technician

, you will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet of coaches and buses is maintained to the highest standards. You will work on a variety of tasks, including routine servicing, diagnostics, and repairs, helping us keep our vehicles safe, efficient, and road-ready.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out scheduled maintenance and inspections on PCV vehicles. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults. Ensure compliance with DVSA standards and company safety policies. Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used. Work effectively as part of a team to meet deadlines and operational requirements. Participate in shift work to support 24/7 operational needs.

Requirements

Qualified in vehicle maintenance (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent). Experience working with PCV vehicles or HGVs. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings. Full UK driving licence (PCV licence desirable but not essential).
