We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and developing athletes or participants across various sports and physical activities. This role involves fostering a positive environment, promoting teamwork, and ensuring participants achieve their personal and team goals. The Coach will also play a vital role in behaviour management and creating engaging training sessions to enhance skills and confidence.
Responsibilities
Plan, organise, and deliver effective coaching sessions tailored to different skill levels and age groups.
Provide clear instruction on techniques, tactics, and safety procedures related to the sport or activity.
Monitor participants' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
Promote good behaviour, sportsmanship, and teamwork among participants.
Maintain organised records of attendance, progress, and achievements.
Ensure all activities are conducted in a safe environment following health and safety guidelines.
Communicate effectively with participants, parents, and team members to foster a positive sporting environment.
Encourage participation and motivate individuals to reach their full potential.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sports coaching or physical education teaching Level 2 sporting qualification
Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies.
classroom experience
Organisational skills with the ability to plan engaging sessions efficiently.
Ability to motivate and inspire participants of diverse ages and abilities.
Relevant coaching certifications or qualifications are desirable but not essential.
A passion for sport, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.

Pay: 90.00-130.00 per day
Expected hours: 8 per week
