This stellar private funds practice handle the entire spectrum of private funds work from private equity, private debt, venture capital, infrastructure, real estate and hedge funds through to regulated funds.
This prestigious team acts for many of the leading institutional asset managers across private equity, private debt, real estate and other alternative asset classes and advise on all aspects of their business. The firm's key clients include many global asset managers and top tier investment banks - a client roster that matches the Magic Circle.
Their advice does not end with the launch of the fund, the group develop long-term relationships advising on corporate, regulatory and trading matters on a daily basis.Offering a partner-led service enables the group's fee earners to learn and develop through working closely with a senior member of the team. Their size means that you will often be very close to the front line or in a client facing role, gaining a greater insight into the issues facing the team's clients.
The individual will be required to carry out a broad range of good quality work. Key duties will include:
. acting as lead associate on alternatives fundraisings;
. advising on incentive arrangements;
. advising on the funds aspects of wider alternatives asset management transactions and secondaries; and
. contributing to group education sessions and know how.
