We are seeking a dedicated PE Lead to join our nurturing primary SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire children through sport, movement and teamwork in a highly supportive environment.

About the Role

Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive PE lessons to primary-aged pupils in small class groups. Lead on developing the school's PE curriculum, ensuring it is exciting, accessible and tailored to SEMH needs. Organise and oversee sports clubs, sports days, inter-school activities and physical wellbeing events. Work closely with staff to promote a positive and active culture across the school. Promote health living and nutrition throughout the school

What We're Looking For

QTS is notrequired, but strong experience in leading PE with primary pupils is essential. Confident in planning, delivering and adapting PE sessions for a range of abilities. Experience working with challenging behaviour, with a calm, resilient and trauma-informed approach. A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills. Someone who is enthusiastic, patient and passionate about helping pupils build confidence and skills through sport.
