Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Physical Education Teacher to join our educational institution. The ideal candidate will have a passion for promoting physical fitness and well-being among students, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to manage behaviour while teaching various physical education concepts and activities.

Duties

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Teach a variety of physical education activities, including sports, fitness exercises, and health-related topics. Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills and understanding. Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a safe and supportive learning environment. Collaborate with other educators to integrate physical education into the broader curriculum. Organise and supervise extracurricular sports activities, competitions, and events. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behaviour.

Qualifications

A degree in Physical Education or a related field is essential. Experience in teaching physical education or coaching sports is highly desirable. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Excellent organisational skills to manage lesson plans, student records, and events effectively. A solid understanding of behaviour management techniques within an educational setting. Ability to inspire students to participate in physical activities and promote lifelong fitness habits.

Pay: 40.00-70.00 per day
