About the role


As a member of our friendly team, you will be responsible for a range of administrative duties including managing a complex and non-routine caseload. We have a development framework giving the support and guidance to become a subject matter expert or the opportunity to progress into a management role. We love to promote the team and offer opportunities as our team grows.



What you will be doing


As a trusted part of the Pensions Operations team you will be responsible for:
Speaking with our institutions, members and third parties as routine queries arise, including complex and non-routine cases escalating where necessary. Automated and manual processes and calculations Working closely with other team members, checking work as required. Providing support, training and coaching to Administrators as required. Contribute to team projects and improving the way we work. Manage own workload aligned to team targets and SLAs.

To be successful in the role you will have:



Previous pensions experience. GCSE Maths and English. Numerical skills to carry out, check and authorise manual processes and calculations. High attention to detail. Comfortable with Microsoft office packages Good communication skills
