Location:

Shoreditch, London

Hours:

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Hybrid Working:

After 1 year, eligible for hybrid working equivalent to 3 days in office per week on average.

Pension Administrator

, you'll be a key part of our team, providing essential administrative support that ensures the smooth delivery of our services.

What You'll Be Doing:



Communicating professionally via email, phone, and post with Financial Advisors, Solicitors, Clients, and Accountants Maintaining accurate records in our internal database and managing electronic files Processing financial transactions with precision Supporting Client Managers with day-to-day administrative tasks Performing some mathematical calculations and data checks Handling general office and administrative duties

What We're Looking For:



Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload A logical, numerate mindset with attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Previous experience in an office-based administrative role is preferred A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
