About the role
We're looking for a Pensions Officer to join our Member Relations team. The successful candidate will provide timely responses to member queries regarding their pension and will liaise with 3rd parties to resolve issues on the members behalf. They will also work closely with our pensions committee ensuring the promotion and protection of member interests.
This is a home based position and can be based anywhere in the UK.
To be successful as a Pensions Officer you'll have:
Experience as a Pensions Officer or in a similar/equivalent role
Knowledge of NHS and public sector pension schemes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good prioritisation skills with the ability to handle multiple cases
Strong relationship building skills
Good accuracy and an eye for detail
Ability to undertake complex calculations
