We are an award-winning shared pensions service who currently provide payroll and pension services to all NHS organisations within Bradford. We are looking to recruit a highly motivated Pension Officer with a "can do" attitude.
Main duties of the job
Working alongside fellow payroll and pension professionals your job would be to provide guidance to staff at all levels regarding retirement processes and to respond to technical pension enquiries, whilst having the responsibility for competently maintaining accurate NHS Pension Scheme records adhering to deadlines, for both weekly and monthly employees.
The successful post holder must have experience of working in a busy Pension or Payroll Office (preferably NHS experience). Attention to detail together with the ability to investigate, analyse, process information is essential. Excellent customer service skills, exceptional communication, both written and verbal, and the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels are a must.
