This is a fantastic opportunity for you to undertake a wide variety of project tasks and to grow your knowledge and skills within a structured environment. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Project Officer to join our Pension Service based at County Hall, Lewes, East Sussex.
We are analysing and improving the quality of scheme data, developing new member and employer portals, and exploring innovative technology to provide the best possible service to our scheme members.
The post holder will assist the pensions administration team with the successful implementation of allocated projects by providing comprehensive project support, maintain the systems and processes used to support and monitor projects, helping to ensure they are delivered to agreed timescales and within budget.
We are looking for candidates who have:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Clear and precise written and verbal communication skills.
Good analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
Knowledge of project management methods.
An ability to effectively manage, prioritise, and organise workloads, and work under pressure to meet competing deadlines.
