Key Role Responsibilities:




As a People Administrator, you will be an integral member of the Vindis Groups People (Human Resources) Team.


Your key responsibilities will include:

Supporting the onboarding process e.g. producing contracts of employment and inputting new starters onto the HRIS. Supporting the Payroll Specialists with various administrative tasks e.g. change of conditions documentation and salary breakdowns. Maintaining records of employee relations cases and assisting the People Advisors with case management. Assisting the People Advisors with executing certain people practices e.g. processing offboarding paperwork. Ensuring a culture of a positive approach to Policy, Compliance and Risk Management is being championed and progressed within your business area. To support the wider HR Team with projects, to develop, and maintain a suitable level of competence. Championing and maintaining a culture of client service excellence; ensuring that the expectations and requirements of the departments clients are delivered upon.

Prerequisites:



Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential Good communication skills Good attention to detail Full UK driving licence required

This position will be office based, located at our Head Office in Huntingdon.


The position offers 40 hours per week and there is potentially some flexibility in the structure of these, which can be discussed at the point of interviewing.


As the workload within a HR Department fluctuates, you will be expected to demonstrate flexibility with respect to your working pattern, to ensure that the demands of the department are met.
