About the Role
In this creative and dynamic role, you will work closely with our People Team supporting all elements of the employee lifecycle in the UK, Europe and APAC, from attraction of prospective employees to growing and developing them right up to after they leave the company. Your will be based in London and will report to the HR Business Partner.
In your role as People Administrator, you will be required to carry out the following key tasks and responsibilities
Acting as the first point of contact for all People-related queries in the UK, Europe and APAC and escalate as appropriate
Providing a professional and efficient administrative support through the full employee lifecycle, including issuing all HR Documentation
Supporting onboarding including leading inductions and ensuring our new starters are set up for success
Offboarding leavers smoothly and holding exit interviews
Managing the recruitment process, including preparing job adverts, advertising roles, screening applications, and liaising with external agencies and candidates
Managing the company career page and LinkedIn Recruiter account
Maintaining accurate employee records in our HR systems and employee files
Creating regular and ad hoc report requests on different HR metrics
Assisting with the monthly payroll process
Working with Finance to ensure all HR related invoices are processed as appropriate
Assisting the People Team with ad hoc projects, such as Graduate Programme and the implementation of a new projects and initiatives.
Ensuring handbooks and policies are kept up to date
Required Skills & Attributes
Fluent in both English and French is essential.
Experience in People Administration within a fast-paced environment - international experience preferable.
Excellent digital skills and proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, preferably with experience of HR Data Management.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, ability to manage conflicting deadlines and changing priorities.
Excellent Team Player.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate discreetly.
Accuracy and excellent attention to details.
Able to build strong working relationships and gain respect across all levels of the organisation.
Confident communicator both in writing and verbally.
Creative, but practical approach to problem solving.
