Job Description

We are excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated and capable People Administrator to join our Lichfield office. You will provide exceptional administrative support to the People team, ensuring seamless execution of People processes and contributing to an engaging and positive employee experience.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise:



Strong administrative skills with experience in maintaining accurate records and documentation. Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to manage multiple tasks. Proactive and flexible approach with a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion. Experience in People administration and familiarity with People systems. Interest in pursuing a CIPD qualification (e.g., Level 3 in HR Practice).
