Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated People Administrator to join our team in Long Whatton. As a People Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources department and ensuring the smooth running of all HR-related processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date
Process payroll and handle employee inquiries regarding wages and benefits
Coordinate training sessions and support employee development initiatives
Assist with performance management processes and employee relations
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar HR or administrative role
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good knowledge of HR processes and best practices
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
