As an HR People Advisor, you will partner with the HR Manager and operate as a true generalist, managing the day to day running of the HR department at the site.

Role details:
Salary: Up to 33,500
Hours: 37.5 per week
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, with flexibility as required
Location: Lenziemill, G67 2XN
What you'll do:
Your key accountabilities will include:
Ensuring the operational success and development of the HR department, working closely alongside senior site management
Heavy involvement in matters of employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance issues
Absence management
Delivery of induction training for new starters, consistently updating welcome pack information
Ensuring all elements of HR administration are carried out - e.g. starters, leavers, referencing, security and compliance checks, etc
Assist with all aspects of recruitment and selection on site
Who you are:
Your skills and experience will include:
Experience within a similar HR Advisory/Officer position
Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards
Previous experience within the FMCG, logistics or supply chain sector would be highly desirable, as would exposure to a unionised environment
Excellent relationship building skills
Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload
