Your role as People Advisor

What you'll bring......

Knowledge of HR people practices and processes, including but not exhaustive, payroll, HR compliance Knowledge of HR software, Workday HCM would be advantageous Knowledge of GDPR processes Proficient in Microsoft office

The role of the People Advisor is to support all teams across the business by providing initial assistance and guidance on various queries. This role typically can involve more complex or sensitive issues such as but not exhaustive, Pay, RTW, access to systems and operational knowledge of the business and processes using the latest HR technology. The role will be pivotal in enhancing the self-service element empowering and educating our teams to find solutions through the various tools and resources available.
