People Advisor
Job Description
This role will suit an HR generalist who will provide guidance and support to colleagues across Cobalt on all areas of the employee life cycle. The postholder will be a first point of contact for all people queries within their designated area. You will coach, support and advise Managers and also support on specific people initiatives and projects in relation to the people strategy.
We positively welcome candidates who bring their own areas of interest or specialism to the role and team (though this is not an essential requirement).
