We have an exciting opportunity to join the People function as a People Analytics and Systems Specialist on an 18-month fixed-term contract/secondment.

You will become part of the wider People Analytics team and embark on a journey towards predictive and prescriptive People Analytics as well as get involved with some large scale project and proposition work related to our People Data systems and reward.

There are currently a lot of opportunities within this recently transformed function, including optimising ways of working, moving away from operational reporting, creating strategic dashboards while also establishing key people metrics, people KPIs and defining ways of looking at people data at Partnership level. Within the Ecosystems space, there are large Transformation projects which would offer a number of opportunities to

What will you be doing?

This is a dual role - it is part of the wider People Analytics team which focuses on data extraction, analysis and presentation but also focuses on some modelling work required for large Partnership-wide Transformation projects.

The People Analytics part of the role will focus on looking after Workday reports, introducing self-service reporting, analysing, benchmarking and presenting people metrics, visually via Workday dashboards, Tableau and other tools.

You will spend a lot of time building reports and dashboards, communicating with stakeholders with the aim to understand their needs and translate them into meaningful analysis and visuals, in order to drive decision making and action to optimise achievement of strategic outcomes.

The Transformation part of the role will focus on using Prism and other tools for data extraction, manipulation and modelling as required by the project team.

The role will have a lot of opportunity to work cross functionally and will be working closely with our stakeholders across the People function and the Partnership as part of the Ecosystems team.

The role will have an opportunity to establish how analysis of Partner data is conducted in the business, to understand what is needed for the People Function as well as other Functions (and any strategic interventions) to support delivery of the Partnership Plan objectives and large confidential Transformation projects.

Essential skills you\xe2\x80\x99ll need:-

You will be experienced in business and data analysis, data manipulation and highly skilled in Workday reporting and configuration, be qualified in using Workday Prism, be comfortable with large datasets within Google sheets, have experience with reward or other data modelling and ideally have used other analytical tools in the past, such as Tableau.

Please detail your Workday experience in your application answers and CV. Candidates without Workday experience will not be considered.

You will be an independent thinker, a good communicator and able to translate complex data into meaningful stories and explain them to our stakeholders.

You will know how to tell a story through data and analytics in an engaging and professional way.

You will have worked cross-functionally and built productive relationships with stakeholders.

You will have broad knowledge of HR and the employee life cycle.

Desirable skills you could bring:-

We are looking for someone who is passionate about transforming the business by using evidence-based recommendations and is comfortable working with large datasets.

The role would suit a curious person who loves asking questions and is happy to spend time working out answers using data. However, this is also a highly technical role and would suit someone who enjoys learning and utilising systems and tools.

Ideally we are looking for someone who is technical, loves numbers and logic but can also be creative with data and visuals but is enthusiastic about helping our stakeholders achieve the best business outcomes.
