We're hiring for the People and Change Director role at the CIPD.

We still have more to do and a lot of ambition, supported by our membership, our many volunteers and associates who work with us, and our connections with a wide range of organisations, partners, and policy makers. This role as a member of the senior leadership team is a vital part of helping us all maintain the positive momentum and build for the future, ensuring we have the vision, capabilities, culture, and people to be our best and to deliver for all our stakeholders.
