Job Overview


As a People and Culture Advisor at Imagine Cruising, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the business by managing all day-to-day tasks as required and providing support to all Management levels.

Duties



Work with hiring manager, prepare and post job advertisements onto Indeed and where appropriate, liaise with recruitment agencies and negotiate agency rates. Conduct exit interviews and escalate where appropriate Prepare and send HR-related documentation, such as contracts, letters and policies to the relevant individuals. Onboard new employees with the HR Induction Maintain the online database (Cascade) of staff information; loading new employees, changing information and updating when employees leave. Provide regular reporting on staffing levels, absence and vacancies. Interact with and supply information to employees, department heads, and job applicants when requested. Assist with payroll updates. Liaising with key accounts for medical benefits to ensure starters / leavers are accounted for. Attend HR related meetings to take notes. Work alongside the Senior Global People and Culture Manager, assisting where required Handling employee relations matters such as grievances, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution. Providing advice and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures. Manage the People and Culture Inbox along with sensitive and confidential data and files. Manage the Sickness Inbox Assist in HR projects such as policy updates, HR system implementations, and organisational change initiatives.

Experience



Essential



Empathetic and approachable to all levels. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. The ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. Previous experience in HR roles, such as HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, or similar positions. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet Explorer. Knowledge of the recruitment process. Competent keyboard skills to produce accurate and well-presented reports. Able to present information in forms, tables, and spreadsheets. Should be an effectual communicator verbally as well as through writing skills. Must be committed to a diverse and inclusion culture. Ability to work well and methodically under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets. CIPD Level 3
