Key Responsibilities of the People and Culture Partner
Work closely with the People & Culture Lead and wider team.
Partner with managers and leaders across services to embed a values-led, inclusive, and positive culture.
Provide professional HR advice and guidance across employee relations, wellbeing, and performance management.
Coach and support managers to lead with confidence and compassion, building capability at all levels.
Use people insights to drive engagement, retention, and continuous improvement.
Deliver initiatives that enhance the employee experience and celebrate our people and values.
Collaborate with the wider People & Culture team to promote best practice and consistency across the organisation.
What We're Looking For
CIPD-qualified (Level 5 or above) and experience in a generalist HR/people partnering role.
Minimum 3 years' experience in an Advisory position, supporting managers in complex situations (required).
A minimum of 1 year within health, social care sector (required).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
Empathetic, proactive, and solutions-oriented -- someone who naturally builds trust and collaboration.
