Northern Stage is the largest producing theatre in the North East of England, at the heart of a rich and diverse creative community stretching from Tweed to Tyne and Tees. The main purpose of the role is to :
develop, deliver and manage a full range of HR services and programmes and ensure business compliancy with employment legislation.
support the continued development of a positive people culture at Northern Stage.
be the first point of contact for all people-related issues consistent with internal processes and policies and legal requirements.
