Southern Housing is looking for a
People Change Advisor
to join us on a fixed-term basis until 30 September 2026. This is a specialist role where you will play a key part in delivering our people projects, ranging from smaller scale projects to larger programmes that help us achieve improved efficiencies
You will report to the Head of People Change and provide expert advice on people change-related matters to support organisational transformation.
As part of the People Change team, you will ensure that all processes are fair, compliant, and aligned with our strategic people plan. Delivering a first-class service to colleagues, senior managers, and the leadership team is essential - you'll need to put the customer at the heart of everything you do.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver organisational change, including restructures and TUPE
Provide clear and consistent advice to managers and colleagues
Analyse employee data and prepare accurate presentations, organisational structures, and reports.
Oversee the consultation process, support with formal meetings and ensure a fair and consistent approach
Identify and mitigate any risk effectively throughout change processes.
Ensure compliance with policies and employment legislation while maintaining a positive colleague experience.
Actively support with redeployment and redundancy processes
This role will be based in one of our main offices at
Farringdon
(Central London) or
Sittingbourne
and offers hybrid working arrangements.
What you need:
A proven experience in managing restructures, TUPE, and redundancy processes
Confidence to provide employment legislation advice
A highly organised, process-driven, and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical skills and confidence in handling complex data
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
