Join Our Team as a People & Culture Development Partner!





Are you an experienced People & Culture Development Partner with an interest in E- Learning and Digital Learning that is looking for an exciting new opportunity? This could be the role for you.



Role Purpose:


Support the learning & development agenda across the BBUK business, partnering

internally with key stakeholders including the HRBPs, business leaders and their teams.
Partner with the business to evaluate and analyse business needs, design and

facilitate innovative and effective learning solutions. Support the learning &


development agenda and the embedding of best practice throughout the business



What you'll be doing



Champion a learning culture with a strong focus on achieving the potential of

employees through a wide range of development interventions including core management skills, coaching, mentoring and e-learning.
Organise and co-ordinate development events and programmes, working closely with HR Support Services to ensure the effectiveness of all end to end processes Manage the training needs analysis, design, facilitation, and evaluation of a high-
quality core development offer. which includes self-service development resources on the Balfour Beatty Academy
Act as a learning and development partner to evaluate and analyse the business needs and design and manage a creative blended learning & development portfolio which will enable the business to achieve its strategic goals and reinforce organisational values. Re/design, create and deliver learning solutions from conception to implementation, using the 70;20;10 principle Support the Diversity & Inclusion strategy and ensure D&I is embedded and integrated into our learning approach and content Support individuals through coaching for our talent programmes and giving feedback on our emotional intelligence, Insights Discovery, talent assessment and 360 tools Provide high quality customer service by responding to requests and queries and providing expert advice Build effective working relationships with stakeholders across all business units to influence, coach and engage stakeholders to support the transfer of development activity to the workplace. Bring the Outside in through research, CPD and attending events including be open to new technologies and learning methods. Support the wider, full team agenda to include Early Careers; Professional Development; People and Culture; Leadership & Talent. Liaise with external suppliers and learning bodies as required to support the effective delivery of training programmes and events


Who we're looking for



Skills


Learning Design Stakeholder Management Data Analysis and problem solving Coaching & Mentoring Project Management Collaboration Excellent verbal and written communication Presenting and Facilitating

Knowledge


Educated to Degree level or experience equivalent to CIPD. Data management and processes Instructional Design Adult Learning Theories Microsoft suite including Power Point, Excel, Planner, Teams and Word Various technologies and tools that support remote and blended learning environments. Continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and advancements. Knowledge of experiential learning cycle and Kirkpatrick evaluation model Learning management software

Experience


Analysis, design, facilitation and evaluation of learning interventions Working in a learning and development / organisational effectiveness team role within a diverse business Proven achievements of design, delivery and evaluation of a full range of learning portfolio (including blended learning), encompassing customer service, technical, process and management and leadership development Experience of evaluation of learning and ROI
