Collaborating closely with all our people functions, P&C Programs has a unique central viewpoint of the entire portfolio with its core mission to enable Google DeepMind to grow, thrive and accelerate towards the mission in the most effective way possible!In this role you will work on a variety of high priority, company-wide programs and initiatives to scope and deliver against critical and continually evolving deliverables and set programs up for long term success. Working closely with partners across People and Culture, you'll build direction and structure, craft creative solutions and simplify complexity. The role will entail leading and delivering multiple critical projects within our 2025 Portfolio, with a focus on partnering COEs on topics such as leadership development, cyclical tool and systems optimisation & org-responsible programs.Previous project management experience, outstanding judgment and communication skills, a passion for constant learning, and an innovative, collaborative approach to problem solving are all prerequisites for this position.
