Salary: 60,000 depending on skills and experience
What you'll be doing:
Lead/ direct projects which are deemed necessary to achieve HR Data Management objectives
Responsible for the management of People Data Governance and embed appropriate processes and procedures to ensure this is executed to a high standard
Own the measurement and reporting of metrics which demonstrate the evolution of data maturity across the HR function
Work to define, communicate and ensure compliance with data-related policies, standards and
processes, to drive standardisation
Work with the Shared Services Data Quality team to ensure high quality data is both procured and reported upon in a timely manner
Develop and act as custodian of the data dictionary / business glossary
Engage with wider the Data Management community within BAES and externally to ensure consistency of approach and share / adopt examples of good practice
Promote the importance and value of HR data across the organisation, seeking opportunities to reduce costs / risk and drive value through improved data management practices
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
Thorough knowledge & experience of the practical application and development of Data Governance
Hands-on experience within Master Data Management and/or Data Quality Assurance practices and toolsets
Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
Desirable:
Experience of the HR function, with specific regard to Data Governance and Master Data Management
DAMA certified
