12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT



What this job involves:



The Data Management Lead will drive success for our UK Leasing business by delivering high-quality market information that keeps JLL ahead of competitors. You'll oversee data-related activities, implement governance policies, and manage a team of data professionals while serving as a data SME to the wider business.



What your day-to-day will look like:



Create and enforce policies and governance for effective data management across the UK Leasing business



Establish frameworks ensuring robust processes for quality data collection, maintenance, and accessibility



Monitor and analyse information systems to evaluate performance and discover enhancement opportunities



Lead data-related projects such as cleansing, enrichment, and migration initiatives



Troubleshoot data-related problems and authorise maintenance or modifications when needed



Work closely with business users to understand challenges and develop strategic roadmaps to address requirements



Manage and develop a team of data specialists to achieve organisational goals and data quality targets



Required Qualifications:



3+ years' experience in a data governance or data management role



Proven ability to manage a team of data specialists to achieve set goals



Excellent understanding of data administration functions (collection, analysis, distribution)



Demonstrable experience implementing and enhancing data governance processes



Strong communication skills with ability to engage effectively across all business levels



Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint



Experience with data querying and visualisation tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI)



Preferred Qualifications:



Experience coordinating between multiple stakeholders to deliver successful change management



Background in creating automated data quality and usage reporting



Understanding of data architecture and database management principles



Familiarity with modern database and information system technologies



Experience working in real estate or professional services industries



Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements



Demonstrated success in large-scale data migration projects
