Understand the company's promotion process and support employees in planning their career paths, helping them grow and succeed.

Work closely with the People team to adapt to changing priorities, including emerging talent programmes, learning management systems, promotions, events, inductions, and acquisitions.

Collaborate across the People team to support wider projects and priorities.

Contribute to team meetings and share ideas that improve how we support the business.

What do I need?

Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating learning solutions that meet business needs.

Previous experience of using a Learning Management System (LMS).

Collaborative and flexible approach to working across teams.

Ability to instil trust and build positive relationships quickly.

Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in what is being delivered.

Confident using digital tools and systems (including LMS and Office 365).

What's in it for you?
