The Opportunity
We're looking for a People Experience (PX) Coordinator, who will be the backbone of our People operations - from onboarding and compliance to HR systems, benefits, and recruitment support - you'll keep everything running smoothly.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces variety, and wants to grow their HR career while making a tangible impact. You'll be hands-on in all things People - and get involved in exciting projects as we scale.
The Specifics
General/Operational HR
  • Be the go-to person for PX queries across EMEA - managing the inbox and ensuring timely responses.
  • Oversee the employee journey from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Maintain accurate records in our HRIS and ensure compliance across multiple countries.
  • Support payroll with accurate data and resolve queries with the Payroll team.
  • Keep policies and templates up-to-date and aligned with local legislation.
  • Assist with compliance activities like right-to-work, visas, and GDPR.
  • Administer employee benefits and respond to related queries.
  • Provide reporting and insights from HR systems to support business decisions.
  • Support Employee Relations cases and transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate globally with PX peers and external partners like legal counsel, Employer of Record (EOR) vendors and recruiters.
Recruitment Support
  • Partner with our Talent Business Partners to coordinate recruitment operations.
  • Prepare offer letters, manage contracts, and support pre-joining activities.
  • Help with interview scheduling, candidate communications, and screening when needed.
What we're looking for (you don't need to be a guru at all, we're looking forward to coaching and collaborating with you):
  • Prior experience in an HR admin or coordinator role (tech industry a plus, not essential).
  • Understanding of UK HR practices and ideally some exposure to other European markets.
  • Self-starter who can juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with great organisational skills.
  • A mindset for continuous improvement and smarter ways of working.
  • Discreet and professional with sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally familiar with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR).
  • An interest (or experience) in data and reporting is also a plus.
