About the Role
Join our People Experience team to help drive the success of our core People systems, ensure alignment with business processes, and support people-focused initiatives from induction to engagement. If you're great at translating technical insight into practical solutions and thrive on high-volume coordination, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Be a Super User of ATS & HR tech platforms (SuccessFactors, eArcu, Culture Amp)
Scope, build and manage employee & business-wide surveys
Gather and translate technical requirements into system improvements
Manage onboarding for new system users and deliver our Company Launch induction Coordinate feedback sessions and engagement forums
Maintain and support system configurations with IT and vendors
Handle data requests and support GDPR/ISO compliance
Own backlog tracking, triage requests, and provide team updates
You'll Need To
Understand how to unlock digital tools and interpret system data
Confidently engage with leadership stakeholders
Prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Work across multiple platforms and teams with finesse
Bring structure to coordination, comms and diary management
