We're looking for a People Experience & Recruitment Administrator who is organised, proactive, and keen to build a career in HR and recruitment. You may not have done everything before -- but you'll be motivated, reliable, and ready to learn.

What this role is really about


This role supports the smooth running of HR and recruitment processes while giving you the opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive People Team. Training and guidance will be provided.

Key responsibilities:

Across HR & Recruitment

Maintaining accurate employee records and HR data Supporting HR systems and learning platforms (training provided) Assisting with HR reporting and engagement activity Supporting onboarding, inductions, and training coordination Helping with internal communications and People Team projects Posting job adverts and managing applications Supporting CV screening and interview coordination Communicating with candidates and supporting a positive candidate experience Updating the ATS and responding to recruitment queries Providing administrative support to the Recruitment Lead
This role requires flexibility and a collaborative approach, supporting across HR and recruitment during peak periods to ensure everything runs efficiently and professionally.

What we're looking for



1-2 years' experience in an administrative, coordination, HR, recruitment, or office-based role Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confident communication skills A positive attitude and willingness to learn Professional discretion Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and digital tools Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
