The Role
The People Insights Specialist will manage all people-related data requirements, working collaboratively with stakeholders. This role supports strategic initiatives by delivering actionable insights to drive data-informed decision-making. Additionally, the role requires active collaboration with the People Leadership Team to continuously evolve the People Analytics agenda, ensuring it supports organisational goals effectively.
Key accountabilities of the role
Deliver regular metrics, such as gender pay gap reporting in the UK, and drive meaningful insights through detailed analysis.
Collaborate with teams to ensure People data is made available in timely manner for all reporting and analysis purposes maintaining accuracy, security and compliance.
Translate complex People data into clear, actionable narratives and visually compelling dashboards, databases and /or reports
Present insights to senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve data usage and storytelling for actionable insights.
Drive operational efficiencies and automation opportunities in reporting and analytics processes.
Serve as the point of contact and subject matter expert for ad hoc people data and analytics requests.
Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and best practices.
Provide training and support for HR and management on people analytics concepts and tools.
Independently lead discussions with People team stakeholders to understand and deliver on their data and analytics needs.
Work with the OE Manager to build and shape the People Analytics strategy to align with organisational priorities and evolving business needs.
Facilitate the headcount reconciliation process for the People team and provide monthly reporting, modelling and adhoc analysis to support workforce resource planning.
Ensure that you adhere to the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) obligations for your role.
Identify and raise any non-compliance incidents promptly to your line manager.
Challenge processes, policies and projects that will negatively impact compliance within the Group.
Complete all mandatory compliance training assigned to you.
