You'll take the lead in coordinating key engagement, reward, and policy initiatives, making sure they're delivered smoothly, effectively, and in line with our organisational goals.
From employee forums and engagement surveys to policy reviews and reward projects, you'll ensure everything runs seamlessly, with a focus on compliance and creating a positive, values led experience for our people.
You'll play a vital role in supporting the consistent rollout of initiatives, tracking progress, and keeping stakeholders informed through clear and proactive communication.

About you:
Experience supporting or co-ordinating projects within HR (e.g. policy updates, reward reviews, employee engagement initiatives)
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs
Experience managing confidential and sensitive data in line with GDPR and internal policies
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
Familiarity with HR or people-related systems (e.g. HRIS, survey platforms like Culture Amp, etc.)
Understanding of employee engagement, reward principles, or internal communications best practices
Exposure to company values or behaviour frameworks and how they're embedded in practice
Knowledge of employment policy review cycles or HR governance processes
